Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable—and so is ours! As a small business, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.​​​​​​​​

48 - 72 hours - 25% fee

Less than 24 hours - 75% fee
Disclaimer: No show clients will have to pay $100 flat fee in order to rebook.

Late Arrivals Policy
We reserve time exclusively for each guest to ensure the highest level of care and service.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may incur a $15 late fee.
Arrivals 15 minutes or later will incur a $25 late fee and may require rescheduling or adjusting the service to respect the time of the next guest.
